1.      Prairie Home Magazine reads poetry submissions on a rolling basis. No submission fee, no payment. Submit (prairiehomemag.com)

5.      Black Fork review opens by September 15^th for poetry, fiction & nonfiction submissions. Submissions — The Black Fork Review

6.      Kenyon Review are open for submission until September 30^th for an issue themed Visitation. Send poetry, prose & drama. They don’t charge a reading fee but they pay per word on accepted works, between $40 – $200 for poetry & up to $80 - $450 for prose. Submissions (kenyonreview.org)
